About Aaron & Lexi Travels

We believe every story of faith is worth telling.

We grew up hearing stories of missionaries who left behind comfort and familiarity to follow God’s call. Those stories shaped us and eventually led us into missions ourselves. As we traveled and worked alongside ministries around the world, we began to discover something we couldn’t ignore: there are countless people faithfully serving God in places most of us will never see. Missionaries are working with limited resources in communities that are easy to overlook, and we believe their work matters, their stories matter, and those stories deserve to be told.

Telling the Stories of the Unseen

Aaron & Lexi Travels exists as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States to bring greater awareness to Seventh-day Adventist–affiliated ministries and the people they serve around the world. Through documentary-style storytelling, we come alongside ministries and share what God is doing through their work. Our goal isn't to create polished promotional pieces, but to give people an honest look at the challenges, the victories, the people, and the faith behind each ministry. Our hope is that these stories inspire people to get involved in whatever way God is calling them to serve. We want to work with ministries regardless of their financial limitations, helping bring their stories to people who may have never otherwise heard them.

Steps Unseen

That vision has grown into Steps Unseen, our documentary television series. In each episode, we travel to places around the world to uncover stories that might otherwise remain unseen—meeting the people behind the ministries and hearing how God is working through them. Through television and other media platforms, Steps Unseen allows these stories to reach far beyond the communities where they began.

We aren't trying to build a platform for ourselves. We're trying to use the gifts God has given us to point people toward what He is already doing. This ministry is made possible through people who believe in that same vision and choose to support it through prayer and financial giving. We've stepped into this work by faith, and through every unexpected door and every uncertain season, God has continued to provide.

We're simply here to tell the stories.

Why We Do It

Frequently Asked Questions

“There are many kinds of work to be done by laborers with varied gifts. Some are to labor in one way, some in another. The Lord desires that the cities shall be worked by the united efforts of laborers of different capabilities. All are to look to Jesus for direction, not depending on man for wisdom, lest they be led astray. As laborers together with God they should seek to be in harmony with one another. There should be frequent councils and earnest, wholehearted co-operation. Yet all are to look to Jesus for wisdom, not depending upon men alone for direction.”
